You can either collect your rider pack or receive it in the post. At the checkout you will be given the option to choose how you would like to receive it.
Collection:

*Please note there will be no on the day collection and you must have collected your pack by 6pm, Friday 3rd July 2026.
Postage:
Postage will cost £2.40. This fee is in place to cover the cost of the sending this to you and ensure more money goes towards life-saving cancer research in our region. You will only be charged this once per order, not per pack.
If you would like to receive your pack via post, you must have registered by midnight 25th June 2026. Any registrations made after this date and time will be mandatory collection.

100-mile Challenge: 07:00 – 07:45am
50-Mile Liverpool Chester Liverpool: 07:45 – 08:30am
50-mile Chester Challenge: 08:00 – 08:30am
25-mile Liverpool to Chester: 08:30 – 09:00am
5-mile Tunnel Ride: 09:00 – 09:15
*Please note that the times outlined are to ensure everybody on each ride has time to start before the next ride sets off. You will be set off in waves for health and safety reasons. If you miss your allocated start time, final entry into the tunnel will be 09:30am. After this time entry is not permitted and you will not be able to take part in the event.

All children aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18.
- 5 Mile and 25 Mile Routes – Open to all ages. However, under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- 50 Mile Liverpool Chester Liverpool – Open to all ages. However, under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- 50 Mile Chester Challenge – 0ver 18’s only.
- 100 Mile Route – Over 18’s only.
- North West Cancer Research reserve the right to request photo identification and/or proof of age from participants at any point. Failure to comply may result in being withdrawn from the event.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the entrant to ensure that participants under the age of 18 years can complete the chosen route within the allocated time and on an appropriate bike.
By Car:
There are no dedicated event car-parking facilities at the start areas and please be aware that parking charges apply on Sundays.

Where possible, we do recommend car sharing or cycling in from home – the perfect way to warm up ready for your ride!
By Rail:
Bicycles are carried for FREE on Merseyrail. For more information about the cycle facilities at your local Merseyrail station visit http://www.merseyrail.org/
The nearest train stations to the event are:
Liverpool – Lime Street, Moorfields and Liverpool Central.
Chester – Bache and Chester.

No, you will not be allowed to ride back through the tunnel. You must arrange your own logistics or use public transport for your journey after the event. Entrance into the tunnel is strictly prohibited after 09:30am apart from those returning to Liverpool in the 50-mile Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool or 100-mile challenge rides.
No, there are no bag drop facilities available at the event, and you must keep all personal belongings with you at all times. North West Cancer Research accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during the event.
