The 50 mile Liverpool Chester Liverpool bike ride is the most popular route out of all 6 routes available and a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a family-friendly mass participation ride. This route is perfect for both keen cyclists and beginners looking for a true challenge.

The ride starts at the historic Old Haymarket on the Liverpool side of the Birkenhead (Queensway) Tunnel and allows you to cycle traffic-free right up to the toll booths in Birkenhead. The route loops through North Cheshire, with the opportunity to stop at the Sports Field at Dale Barracks, Chester where cyclists can enjoy a lively atmosphere and a variety of services, refreshments, and entertainment. The route take cyclists back through the tunnel, to the finish festival village at Exchange Flags.
